Hussein’s expertise extends across a spectrum of roles, including delivering over 100 solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform. He possesses a keen eye for designing and architecting custom applications, ensuring each solution is tailored to perfection. Hussein specializes in streamlining the customer experience (CX) and integrating systems seamlessly.

His mastery encompasses diverse areas, including Marketing Tools, ERP, Financial systems, QMS, and proprietary systems, creating cohesive and efficient ecosystems for our clients. Under Hussein’s leadership, our company is guided by innovation, technological advancement, and commitment to excellence. James is our dedicated Delivery Manager with a remarkable track record of overseeing and delivering over 45 successful Salesforce implementations. James is a seasoned Salesforce Consultant known for achieving consistently high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and is well-versed in multiple Salesforce core platforms, add-on features, and integrations, including Sales, Service, Health, CPQ, Experience, NPSP, Inbox, Einstein, Doc Gen, E-Signature, and more.

His deep understanding of these intricacies allows him to offer tailored solutions that cater to diverse client needs and industry requirements. At the heart of our operations, James oversees all projects with unwavering dedication.

He supports and manages all projects throughout the entire delivery methodology and lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process right from conceptualization to implementation. Head of Strategy and Operations

I’m a partnership and growth leader with a focus on building scalable teams, deep partner ecosystems, and communities that actually mean something. My career has spanned startups, scale-ups, and service firms — always with an eye on long-term value, strong relationships, and a culture that supports both people and performance.

At Cloudloop, Findlay serves as Head of Partnerships and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, where he helps shape company direction, drive growth strategy, and support our people. He also launched Cloudloop Academy, an 8-week course designed to give new talent hands-on Salesforce consulting and discovery skills — part of our 1% community pledge.

Along the way, Findlay worked on exit planning, helped scale teams, run marketing campaigns, coached staff, and pushed for the kind of environment he has always wanted to work in. He holds strong opinions loosely, lead with curiosity, and believe that great partnerships — internal and external — are how everything moves forward.

Kayla is Cloudloop’s Operations Lead; a dynamic organizer and all-around problem solver who thrives on bringing order, energy, and empathy to every facet of the business. With over 10 years in the tech industry and 3.5 years of experience leading operations at a boutique system integrator, she’s no stranger to balancing the moving parts that make a growing consultancy tick.

Her background spans marketing, partner programs, go-to-market planning, and event logistics—making her a true utility player across Cloudloop’s internal operations and partner ecosystem. Whether she’s coordinating a cross-team initiative or stepping into an unexpected gap, Kayla’s mantra is simple: if something needs doing, she’s already on it.

When she’s not orchestrating behind the scenes, you’ll likely find Kayla at a live concert, doting on her cat, or planning her next great night out with friends.

Jean excels in harnessing the power of Salesforce features like Agentforce, Bot, Inbox, and Forecasting, acting as an automation specialist while adhering to best practices and simplicity in approach. His understanding of Salesforce intricacies ensures seamless project execution, providing clients with innovative and effective solutions that meet their unique needs.

Jean’s proficiency extends beyond Salesforce, having served as an ETL developer for multiple BI tools. Additionally, Jean has a strong background as a Database Administrator, showcasing a well-rounded skill set that adds immense value to our team. Asad is a Salesforce SME with deep experience in Rev/Sales Ops and Consulting. Asad specializes in translating complex business needs into simple, scalable, and flexible Salesforce solutions. His knowledge of the Salesforce platform spans across span across Sales Could, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce DevOps, Low Code Automations (Apex Vs Low Code), CPQ, Forecasting & Reporting. His specialty lies in assisting clients leverage the platform's abilities to scale their business process, and un-complicating solutions that may otherwise add to technical debt.

Before joining Cloudloop, Melanie built her reputation leading delivery and analysis efforts across finance, consulting, and technology, where she honed her knack for turning big ideas into structured, achievable plans. Her communication style is direct, insightful, and occasionally hilarious, and keeps everyone both focused and engaged.

Outside of work, Melanie proudly embraces her inner nerd. She’s helped organize live comedy events and conventions across Atlantic Canada, bringing the same creativity and community spirit she brings to every Cloudloop project.
